Contemporary Art

I have been taking a course on contemporary art for the last few weeks. Despite being a hater of the era a few years ago, I was actually turned after attending the Armory Show in the summer of 2024. This class is focused on art from the 50s-70s and I have been extremely engaged with the material. It has deepened my understanding of the meaning behind many of these works, allowing me to not overlook them as simplistic.
